Track the Wedding makes a free live page for your wedding guests. This is what we hold and why, in plain English.

Guests

We collect nothing from guests. No account, no cookies, no tracking. We count how many times a page is opened each day, and nothing about who opened it.

Couples

We keep your email address, the words you agreed to when you signed up, and what you put on your page: names, times, places and notes. We use your email to sign you in and, with your agreement, to email you about your page and about planning the day. We don't sell or share your details.

Nothing is stored until you open the link we email you. Guest pages are unlisted, have long unguessable addresses and are hidden from search engines.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your page and your account at any time, and everything goes with it. Email help@feedar.io.

Stopping abuse

To stop our sign-in form being used to spam people, we keep a scrambled (hashed) fingerprint of each address and network address that asks for a link. We can check whether a given address is in there, but we can't read the addresses back out. We delete these after two days.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow people around the web.
